We’re working deep into the core to challenge the lower abs, obliques, the rectus abdominis and the often overlooked, deep core and pelvic floor muscles. This session brings the burn with focused, high-tension movements that rely on the power of the mind-muscle connection for maximum contractions and results.
We’re implementing some old school, traditional, tried and true, effective abdominal exercises with some creative twists in the mix for a well rounded core challenge!
