How Long Are The Workouts?

Anywhere from about 15 - 60 min. with the average exercise session time at 40 min.

How long is each phase?

Each phase is four weeks and the new block of workouts with a different focus will release

Is it always the same workouts?

There is a variety which increases over time, especially in weeks 5 and 6 when you can substitute workouts from my full exercise library. There is no extra charge for this :-) However, for the purposes of foundation and building a solid base, please follow the prescribed workouts to allow for optimal conditioning and adaptation, as there is a synergy to this entire program.

Can I access the workouts anytime I like?

Yes, they are in your member area. You can access them as often and whenever you like. Please note, the workouts are not downloadable but can be streamed anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

What kind of equipment do I need?

Basic and inexpensive home, fitness enthusiast gear. For example; dumbbells, stability ball, and some other additions to consider would be a foam roller and exercise bands.

That is a loaded question and the answer usually begins with - "It depends."
