Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates and includes balance training, high repetitions and various ranges of motion to strengthen your body.

Intense bouts of work with partial recovery makes this workout ultra intense and is superb for burning fat!! This type of training is what revs your metabolism and burns calories, long after you’re done this workout, like a well tuned engine!


These 40 sec. HIIT bursts incorporate both cardiovascular work and highly effective bodyweight strength moves. Sweat and strength is definitely the theme of this workout!

This workout focuses on maintaining muscle while burning fat.

  • We are also hitting the upper body hard with a 50 min sculpt session!

No fancy words needed here... this is an all out upper body focus session.


If you are tight on time, save this one for when you can put in the 50 minutes, plus extra pause breaks, if needed.


This is all about sculpting and changing the shape of your upper body.


FAT BURN TABATA SESSION!

Tabata is a form of high-intensity physical training in which very short periods of extremely demanding activity are alternated with shorter periods of rest, typically over a period of four minutes.


Tight on time? This will get it done as quickly and effectively as possible, in the mimimum amount of time.

This workout is not about speed, it is about intensity and focus! Work with a weight you can manage but that challenges you in your final reps. We are going deep into the muscle to elicit body composition changes.


Don’t rush and don’t focus on the loads, as lighter weights work best for this session. Focus more on the muscles worked and quality of contractions.
