In fact, I remember when a marketing firm I was considering working with was trying to convince me/us to write our sales copy page revolving around “the little known secret that I accidentally discovered.”
I refused to do it because it’s untrue.

I didn’t discover anything accidentally. There really is no secret. It truly is all about consistency, day in and day out, in doing the right things.
Having said that, through my 40+ years of training, I have developed unorthodox flows and training combinations that have helped me take my physique to the next level.

Yes, when I am preparing many of the programs you may have seen, more thought is put into structure, but when I train for myself, that’s where the magic happens, so to speak; things take place that usually do not wind up in my programs all the time… BUT... my programs are born from these behind the scenes sessions.
I often run camera while I’m training. Sometimes I look back at the different exercises and flows that evolved naturally throughout the years and I’ve always scratched my head wondering, how in the world am I going put all of this into my programs.
So my team and I scratched our heads together for a while and came up with this answer: We can’t!
BUT thankfully, there is a workaround; we need to offer this to you in its own unique form and flow.
Before I say anything else and introduce you to Master Sculpt Target Training, I want to be clear about the level of exercises this is intended for.
These are not recommended for beginners, but more for intermediate to advanced fitness enthusiasts, since that is more my style of training expertise.
The ADVANCED ABS MOVES ARE ESPECIALLY CHALLENGING!
The basics are vital for foundation, of course, but these moves and mini progressions are the fillers, so to speak, that evolve into complete workouts.
These are the flows that take you beyond conventional exercises and static movements.
They are the bridges and exercises/sequences that I often put between sets or turn into entire workouts.
It’s difficult to explain this in writing,
so how about I show you an example instead?

It starts simple and progresses in difficulty as we go along. It is about 35 seconds with 4 moves we are building on. You would do each exercise progression for reps or set your timer and perform ea. for a predetermined time instead.

FORMAT of the Master Sculpt Target Training Circuits:
A collection of moves and/or progressions on video.
There are usually 7 segments per workout block.
Each segment may contain an exercise, progression, mini-circuit or flow.
Brief and targeted. Typically 30 sec to 1:30 sec. flows
The moves are combined and you work through each segment to complete a circuit.
